Davis & Sons Property is a family‑run building and property services company with deep roots in South East London. Our story begins with Pete Davis, born and raised in Deptford, where his father worked as a skilled joiner and carpenter. Inspired by the craft and work ethic he grew up around, Pete left school and stepped straight into the building industry. Over the decades, he built a reputation for reliability, craftsmanship, and a hands‑on approach that remains at the heart of our business today.
A Family Business Built on Skill and Trust
What started as Pete’s personal trade has grown into a multi‑disciplinary family enterprise. Two of Pete’s three sons now work alongside him:
- Michael Davis – Builder
Michael brings practical building expertise, structural knowledge, and a commitment to quality workmanship across all projects. - Mark Davis – Gas & Electrical Engineer
Mark is a fully qualified engineer, covering both gas and electrical work. His dual skill set allows us to offer safe, compliant, and efficient installations and repairs.
The third son, Martin Davis, took a different path—earning an MBA and becoming the company’s Finance and Project Manager. Martin oversees planning, budgeting, and project coordination, ensuring every job runs smoothly from start to finish.
Supporting the team is Martin’s wife, Joanne Davis, who manages the general office. She keeps operations organised, communication clear, and customer service responsive.
